PROGRAM POLICY
Cancellation/Refund Policy Once you sign up for a monthly subscription program, you can cancel at any time by contacting support@laurafredrickson.com .
To avoid a charge in any given month, you must contact support@laurafredrickson.com at least 48 business hours before your billing date/time.
Once a charge has been processed there are no refunds.
Declined payments: If a Client's payment declines the Client is responsible for the payment.
Please Note: Any filing of a dispute or chargeback where the payment was due or because a Client didn't adhere to the time frame and policy, any programs the Client has will be canceled until payment is received.
To be fair to all clients, there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the Cancellation/Refund Policy.
Again, you must contact support@laurafredrickson.com to cancel.
No Other Forms of Communication will be accepted.By joining, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to the foregoing Cancellation/Refund Policy. You Further Agree to make any payment that is declined.
There are no guarantees about what someone experiences. The results and outcome of this and other online programs have to do with the Client’s commitment and willingness to take an active part in the process.
