I was amazed to see Nigil sitting on his owners arm and not flying away. I was told that Nigil COULD actually fly if he wanted to, but didn&#8217;t know that he could.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Apparently he&#8217;d had a traumatic experience when he was a little guy, and had his wings clipped. He didn&#8217;t realize they&#8217;d been clipped, and fell to the floor when he tried to fly.
