Next time you look in the mirror look at your smile. Gaze into your eyes and begin to comprehend the significance of who you are.

There is no one like you. Never has been and never will be.

Love yourself today. Tell yourself often how much you love yourself for the totality of who you are, in all of your glorious, perfect imperfections.

Don’t wait for anyone else to validate you. You validate you!

You are unique, and a child of God. There is no one like you. You are worthy because you exist.
